Delivery methods and costs:
At CasaVinoRosso.com we want to guarantee our customers a reliable and fast delivery service, so that they can receive their favorite wines directly at home in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Methods
We ship throughout the national and European territory via couriers specialized in the transport of wine.
Delivery Times
• Italy: 2-5 working days
• Islands and remote areas: 3-7 working days
• Europe: 5-10 working days
Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
2. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination:
Europe
• from 0 to 3kg → €10.99
• from 3 to 5kg → €16.49
• from 5 to 10kg → €17.49
• from 10 to 15kg → €19.49
• from 15 to 20kg → €20.99
• from 20 to 30kg → €23.49
• from 30 to 40kg → €27.49
• +40kg → to be agreed

3. Safe Delivery and Packaging
We use certified shockproof packaging to protect the bottles during transport. In case of delays or problems with the delivery, contact our customer support and we will find a solution immediately.
4. Failure to Deliver or Incorrect Address
If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, he will attempt a second delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned and any new shipment will be at the customer's expense.

Return Policy
At Vino Rosso we are committed to offering our customers high quality wines and impeccable service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to read our return policy to learn about the return and refund procedures.
1. Return Conditions
You can request a return in the following cases:
• You have received a damaged or defective product.
• You have been delivered a different product than the one ordered.
• You have changed your mind about the purchase (only if the product is sealed and intact).
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery of the order.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to enotecavinorosso@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the problem (attaching photos in case of damage).
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions for returning the product.
3. Pack the product securely and ship it to Enoteca Vino Rosso, Corso Giacomo Matteotti 49/51 - 84015 - Nocera Superiore (SA).
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
3. Refund
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
4. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
• Opened bottles or with a tampered seal.
• Personalized or limited edition products.
• Returns requested beyond the 14-day deadline from delivery.
